The prescription is the starting point—not the end of the conversation

Your lab slip tells us what to make. A conversation helps us understand the preferences behind it. Tell us about your material selection, shade, design details, and the needs of your office. When a prescription is unclear, we contact your practice to work through the question.

Technical questions can be discussed with a lead technician. That gives your team a way to address the details that do not fit neatly into a checkbox.

Working with Damore

The practical details

Our turnaround is ten business days from receipt of your lab slip to the case being in your hands. We provide a one-year warranty and can discuss remake requests with your office.

We accept STL files and physical cases. Visit Send a Case for instructions. Existing customers can contact us directly for their fee schedule; prices are not published on this website.
