The implant crown listing excludes attachments. Do not assume that an attachment, abutment, screw, or other component is included simply because the crown has been ordered.
Before submitting the case, contact Damore to identify the components required and confirm the arrangements for that specific prescription. Provide the implant and component information your office has available so those details can be discussed.
Case details
Keep the restoration and the surrounding information together
Identify the tooth position, crown material, shade, and prescribed design requirements. Include any relevant component information in the case instructions, rather than relying on the crown material alone to describe the order.
If the prescription needs clarification, we contact the practice. Technical questions can be discussed with a lead technician.
