Our appliance services include retainers, listed per arch; hard night guards; soft night guards; bilateral space maintainers; and unilateral space maintainers. Specify the appliance and the arch or tooth information relevant to the prescription.
For guard-specific information, visit Hard & Soft Night Guards. For retainers or space maintainers, contact the lab about the design requested by the treating dentist. The catalog names do not identify a particular retainer style or appliance design.
Trays and models
Custom trays, bleaching trays, and duplicate models
Custom trays, bleaching trays, and duplicate models are available as separate services. State the item being requested and what is being supplied with the case.
A tray order does not imply that bleaching agents or other treatment materials are included. Contact Damore for the specific scope of the lab work you need.
Supporting restorative work
Smaller services with specific instructions
The current catalog includes non-precious post and core, rest seat, shade change, metal coping, metal occlusal, and the service listed as “Under Partials.” Identify the requested item and describe the relevant restoration or appliance in the special instructions.
These are individual service descriptions—not an automatic bundle with every crown, partial, or appliance. Contact the lab when a term or requirement needs clarification.
